Maksim is 23 and has been a “Star Wars” fan since 2001, but became enamored with comics when he finished reading “Knights Of The Old Republic” by John Jackson Miller in late 2012. He picked up coloring comics around May of 2013, as a distraction after a rough break-up, and began creating his own comics works-in-progress shortly afterwards. Maksim is also working on the second issue of Nightmare Warriors” – a comic book by Andjelko Napijalo, whose childhood nightmares became the basis for his story. The first volume successfully crowdfunded its release on Kickstarter at the end of March 2016 and the second volume is on Kickstarter now.
His hobbies include boardgames (“Arkham Horror” is his favorite) and music (he plays drums and bass). While Maksim’s favorite genre is thrash metal, not long ago his interest was captured by electronic music and analog synths and everything that linked to them. I’m a highly passionate parkour and film artist. Personally, I feel these two hobbies are very similar in terms of perspective. If our eyes are the camera, then we’re all film makers. The difference is people often times will hold and/or only share it to a selective group. As for myself, I prefer to hare my view/perspective with everybody; hoping people will enjoy it, or at least be able to see the same topic in a different perspective. You can follow me on Facebook.
